QUALITY POLICY
The Academy of AutoMechanics provides quality programs and services that meet and exceed the expectations of its stakeholders while contributing to the achievement of its mission.
The Quality Policy is implemented through the establishment, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System which provides the framework for the organisation’s management systems.
The Academy demonstrates its commitment to quality by:
- Establishing clear objectives which are in line with its mission;
- Ensuring that these objectives and the quality policy are communicated and understood throughout the organisation; and
- By providing the resources necessary to achieve the objectives and effective implementation of the quality management system.
The requirements of the Quality Management System are binding for all personnel and no unauthorised alterations or deviations are permitted. The organisation also commits to complying with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The Quality Management System is continually reviewed to ensure its performance and evaluated through regular System Reviews to improve its effectiveness in satisfying the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
The Quality Policy and objectives are reviewed at least annually, to ensure that it continues to be suitable and consistent with the Academy’s mission.
