Admissions Applicants must be 13 years of age minimum to be admitted to study any course or programme conducted at the Academy of AutoMechanics.  Application Process You can apply by submitting a paper based application at our Admissions Office at the Academy You should read the application form very carefully before completing it. YOU MUST ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AND SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION. Enter “N/A” in the space provided if a particular question does not apply to you. Applications must be returned to the Admissions Office, and are processed ONLY if they are properly completed and accompanied by original or certified copies of birth certificates and either your passport or ID Card.  In the case of junior applicants who do not possess two (2) forms of identification, the parent or guardian is required to submit their identification.  It should be noted that: Applications will not be considered if the accompanying papers or certificates are missing. Each applicant must include on the form his/her telephone number or the telephone number of a reliable contact person.  This will facilitate urgent communication with the applicant. When to apply Applications for admission to the Academy could be done at any time before the start of the specific programme. ALL applicants for entry to Academy should produce the following: Original Birth Certificate (where applicable) Identification Card or Passport Registration fee (Could be paid in instalments) If you are applying for re-admission, you must complete and submit the regular application forms for the year in which you are seeking re-entry. In exceptional circumstances, late applications for entry into the Academy would be granted no later than 3 weeks after the programme commences. Registration Process STEP 1 Obtain an Application Form from the Admissions Office at the Academy STEP 2 Complete the Application Forms and sign at the end in the designated area. STEP 3 PAY the Registration Fee and Tuition fees (See Fees Section in this Manual) STEP 4 Submit your Application along with your supporting documents (ID Card/Passport and Birth Certificate).
